Terms and Conditions of International Doll and Art Emporium

It is the sole responsibility of each member or visitor of IDAE to adhere to the policies and provisions listed below. If at anytime a member has gone against the terms and conditions of this site, the administrators of IDAE reserve the right to terminate membership.

BUYERS

Each buyer will be solely responsible for completing a transaction by paying the amount of the final sale to the proper seller.

Each buyer shall agree to the terms that the seller has mentioned in their listing when completing a transaction.

 SELLERS

Each seller will be solely responsible for accurately describing the item(s) they are selling.

Each seller shall provide clear instructions on payment and shipping information.

Each seller is responsible for sending out items that have been bought and paid for within a reasonable time frame.

Sellers that are repeatedly reported for not sending paid items out within 14 days of auction end, without a reasonable explanation, will be suspended from this site.

 LISTED ITEMS

Administrators of IDAE reserve the right to cancel any auction that may contain foul or inappropriate language. Items that are risque, seductive, nude or show any relation to a sexual or inappropriate manner will be cancelled.

We do not allow any type of horror or gothic items on our site.

All items listed under HANDMADE ITEMS, GIFTS

MUST BE HANDMADE! We reserve the right to terminate any auction under these listings that appear to be manufactured.

ACCOUNT BALANCES

Any member having fees due longer than 60 days will be terminated from this site and all fees incurred will be due immediately.
